Foreword
Groupe Wenite inc. (hereafter “Wenite”) respects and protects the confidentiality of the internet users who visit this website and use the Wenite application (hereafter referred to collectively as “the Site”). The present policy aims to inform the visitor of the principles that govern the collecting, use, protection and disclosure of the information that he or she may be asked to provide in navigating the Site.
The present policy applies to each person who visits the Site and is supplementary to the Wenite User Policy, the terms and conditions of which you accept.

7. Jurisdiction
The present policy and the relationship between the visitor and Wenite are managed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada. The parties agree to elect domicile in the judicial district of Montreal, province of Quebec, Canada and choose this as the appropriate district for the hearing of all claims stemming from the interpretation, the application, the fulfilment, the implementation, the validity and the effects of the present policy.
